4000 kits of dry ration were distributed in Mumbai, with the support extended by BNP Paribas India Foundation. The kits were distributed in Dharvi, Dahisar (GP Nagar), Kandivali (West), Chembur, Malad and others. The distribution saw 20,000 beneficiaries.
With the support of GWM, CARE India will be distributing 1100 relief kits in Pune and Delhi NCR to support almost 5500 people for a month worth of dry ration. In the first phase of the distribution 50 households were benefited by the dry ration support in Gurgaon. While conducting the distribution, everyone was encouraged to follow social distancing.

CARE India has distributed 3000 PPE kits in Pune and Mumbai. Each kit contains 20 pairs of surgical gloves and 30 3 ply masks. In Pune, we have handed over the kits to the district disaster management authority. In Mumbai, the PPE kits were provided to Public Health Centers, Government Hospitals, Police and traffic personals.
CARE India is distributing 2000 dry ration kits in Pune. Each kit can feed a household for 15-20 days and contains rice, pulses, sugar, salt, spices and other necessary items. While conducting the distribution, we are practicing social distancing.
