Rohit Nayyar

Rohit Nayyar is the Chief Financial Officer at CARE India. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. Rohit has over 2 decades of multifarious experience in leading and executing business growth strategies and transformation initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams. He has worked with large Indian and Multi-national corporations including 10 years at DELL.
Rohit is a multi-faceted agile leader focused on strategic change initiatives to resolve business challenges and has been recognized for building high performance global teams across multiple continents with disparate skillsets. Rohit has led multiple digital transformation initiatives including ERP implementation across the organization.
Over the years, Rohit has won several industry accolades, including the recent “CFO 2020 Roll of Honour” and “Strategic CFO” Award, 2019. He is a revered speaker across ‘CXO’ forums (including Forbes) Business schools (including IIM, IMT, Delhi University), contributing author and a TV panellist. He is an active member of “CII National Committee for CFOs for the year 20-21” in recognition of his contribution and efforts as a member of “CII National Committee on Financial Reporting” for the year 2019-20.
