Emergency Preparedness Project

Under this program, CARE India facilitated a series of Disaster Preparedness activities in states, closest to disaster prone regions. Due to the geological changes and intense pressure of human habitation, the frequency of disasters has increased tremendously in the recent years. CARE India is working with the concerned state government agencies, as well as, community groups to improve awareness and streamline systems of preparedness.
