Vipin Garg

Vipin Garg is a management professional with two decades of incremental experience in the development sector. Vipin is a Postgraduate in Social Work from Banaras Hindu University-Varanasi and worked on multi-disciplinary projects of health, livelihoods and WATSAN. Vipin has experience of working with the Government(s), development partners, private and non-government organizations which include the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Deloitte, PATH, DFID, UNFPA, Department of Health & Family Welfare-Uttarakhand and Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences.

As Senior Director-Advocacy, Vipin brings a rich experience of building collaborative partnerships with the central and state governments, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. At CARE, Vipin works closely with the programme teams for evidence-based advocacy and to build and maintain productive partnerships at the national and state level to influence, educate and facilitate the passage of strong policies and implementation processes.
